Orchestrate your animation

Open the Plugin by clicking Window/Other Panels/[T] Timing Maestro.
Select the Timing Maestro Tool (see image above).
Create an empty layer, go to first frame and start drawing on the stage. Timing maestro will play while you are drawing.

TIP: Turn on Onion Skin to see the curve while you are drawing.
